Here's how to Roussanne folks. No one does the variety better - in my opinion anyway. Such a captivating and evocative wine.
Approachable with interest. So much going on yet it's soft and smooth to easily entice. I love the cloudy appearance - cloudy apple juice like a result of no fining or filtration. Barley, lemon balm, green apple skin with a super fine peppery spice. It's tight with reams of texture finishing with lemon zest and juice. Class and then some.
Drink now to three years.
