Such a blend is certainly not common, but damn, gee it works.
Textural appeal comes from a small portion seeing old oak whilst the majority of this Fiano and Chenin Blanc blend (67/33) is fermented in stainless steel.
Refreshment comes in the form of lemons juice and zest, sly green apple and dried pineapple. Whiffs of white flowers add pretty factor. An undertow of some nuttiness and slight minerally drive adds further pleasure. A really interesting but refreshing wine for sure. Big love!
