Peos Estate Four Aces Shiraz 2014

Hello Peos Estate. Pleased to meet you. A tidy little Shiraz which will reward time in the cellar.

Quite a lovely drink. Some tension reins and so aging won't be a problem. Dark fruit, a dusting of black pepper,  hints of clove and baked plums. Some wood spice ticks away before finishing dry with moreish intent highlighted by a puckering mouthfeel and chalky like tannins.

Drink now to 10 years+
