Clarence Hill Cabernet Sauvignon 2017

It's always good to taste two vintages back to back to see where things are at. This 2017 is somewhat more muted than the 2016 release.

Dried herbs and savoury characters are more forward here. There's a concentration on the mid-palate with little follow-through to speak of. Of the two, I prefer the 2016.

Drink now to three years.
