A field blend of Riesling and Semillon. Not the most common blend you'll see but it works.
Roughly 65/35, the fruit was co-fermented in old oak after being basket pressed.
There's an endearing richness and saltiness about this wine. Some tension from the Semillon is evident as is a green apple crunch. Lemons and limes purr with a touch of brown apple on close. Winemaker Brad Hickey suggests to enjoy this with oysters, after tasting this wine you know it makes sense.
