Balcony booze. A great aperitif to kick back with on a lazy afternoon - when you have nothing left to do during isolation.
A blend of Savagnin from Canberra and Chardonnay from Tumbarumba, this delicious sparkling is made using the ancestral method of grape sugar and yeast to be carbonated in the bottle.
There's plenty going on here to amuse. Think yellow and white flowers with elderflower making a stance. A touch of yellow nectarine plus some honeyed tones add further appeal. Clean and crisp, there's an Indian tonic water feel through the mouth as it finishes with green apples and green apple skin. A fine dusting of white pepper brings things to a close. I'm a big fan.
