Definitely a long term proposition, this was quite tense and firm on opening. It softened over three days of tasting but it still had a bit in the bag. Roasted capsicum, char and those granite minerally vibes too. Bay leaf and dried green herbs chime in with time in the glass. Absorbing cassis and black plums give reason to ponder. Drying to close with bitter dark chocolate, patience will reward.
