Tasty Fiano. A wine you could get comfortable with very easily. Mind you, Wes Pearson's wines are pretty damn tasty across the board.
It's golden and cloudy in the glass, bottled unfined and unfiltered.
There's plenty to gush over too - the tangy citrusy thing going on is delish. That tang just lingers long flowing smoothly to a fine spice finish. A touch creamy through the mid-palate, the mouth is filled with fruit but there's a whiff of barley which I keep musing over - nice. Mind you, the more I taste the less I want to analyse. That's probably a good sign if any, right?
