Sauvignon Blanc isn't my favourite variety by any stretch but Oakridge have done a good job to fancy up the label by removing the "Blanc". I'm paying a little more attention already.
Hints of lime are fronted by gooseberry, cut green herbs and licks of passion fruit.
Clean, crisp and refreshing with some palate interest, it's a wine which encourages folks to spread out on the lawn indulging in the afternoon sun. A very tidy drink.
Drink now.
