Pretty good New Zealand Pinot Noir for the money.
Light and bright in the glass, it's earthy and smokey on the first whiff. The fruit has some pleasing depth and is certainly varietal. Dark cherry and dark plum fruit rolls through at an even tempo. Baked cherry pie piques interest just before leaving a dusty of peppery spice and dark chocolate for you to consider. Worth a look.
