There's little of the Spanish variety Mencia around in Oz and this is a beauty. It certainly has some Barry White factor, that is, I can't get enough! Pour large and don't share are my tips for success.
It's such an easy slurp. Littered with baked blueberries and fresh blue fruits, rubs of earth and fine spices. Delicate violet-like aromas lob up with time in the glass. I keep going back to the vitality which it exudes. Soft lingering spices whip up the tail to create another state of want. But in the end, cut loose - it's hard not too.
Drink now to five years.
