Nikkal Rosé 2017

Hand up if you have bought a wine based on the label? Yup, me too. We all have. And in many cases, you are left disappointed with what's inside. These Nikkal wines from Kate Goodman not only possess smashing shelf appeal, but the wine inside is cracking. Here's a terrific Rosé to sit back with and cool your heels.

Made from 100% Yarra Valley Pinot Noir, it was whole bunch pressed and saw seasoned oak for six months.

Pink salmon appearance with tinges of rose gold, it's a wine laced with freshness and easy drinking appeal. Dry to taste, scents of mandarin and orange peel plus freeze-dried strawberries entice the senses. Savoury characters run riot in the mouth with red berry fruit in hot pursuit. Delicious textural feels enhance the profile furthermore with a red apple acid crunch to close. When you top up, just pour that little bit extra. Super buying.

Drink now.
