It has a cider like appearance in the glass. Cashew and creamy aromas strike early. A delicate texture walks beside spiced baked apple. Saline with a flinty minerality cruising on by, a zippy citrusy acid cuts in at the finish. Quite moreish, it hangs long. The mouthfeel is so engaging - quite European in some respects. Well made. Big love.
