Katnook's entry-level Shiraz.
Fruit forward for sure. It's smokey, a bit meaty and peppery and it's sinewy too. Fruit washes across and seems to miss the mid-palate. Peppery spice chips away. Bright acidity - unripe red apple like, clutches at the death. It was marginally better on the second day of tasting.
Drink now to five years.
