A simple entry-level Cabernet. Not much getting the juices flowing here.
Canned plum, blackcurrant, dark chocolate, cassis with some oak dragged through it. Sure it's varietal but it's not an overly enthusiastic wine, nor is it lethargic sitting deadpan in the middle. Sapping tannins and spice to close. It's ok but I'd doubt I'd reach for a second glass.
Drink now to five years.
