It's been a while since I've had a look at a Heathcote Shiraz. It's good to be back in the saddle now too. This Rufus Stone celebrates the 20th release.
Scents of sweet baked blueberries and dark berry fruit move to generous flavours in the mouth. Red earth, milk chocolate and sweet spices all mingle alongside dense dark plums. Those unique earthy feels of Heathcote are prominent before rolling out to a full and flavoursome finish topped off by brick dust tannins. Find the beef.
Drink now to eight years.
