Curly Flat William's Crossing Pinot Noir 2016

A Pinot with its feet firmly planted on the ground. So much to like for those that enjoy a confident style.

Whiffs of baked cherry tart, apple and rhubarb crumble and handfuls of raspberries. It's quite earthy, it feels a bit tacky in the mouth but settles down with time in the glass. Oak plays its hand without being overly forceful. Drying with dusty tannins to finish with a wave of peppery spice rolling through. Yes please.

Drink now to five years.
