Heaven from a splendid Yarra Valley Chardonnay vintage. A gorgeous wine in every respect. I'm consumed straight away by grilled peach, vanilla, raw nuts and figs. The fruit coils around the mid-palate with restrained tension. Some textural interest from whole bunch pressing evident. Grapefruit acidity makes the mouth water with lemon juice dripping at the death. Dive into it with pike. Classy Chardonnay.
