Rich and plentiful, the mouth is consumed with honey characters and candied mandarin fruit. Flecks of spice are sprayed with precision. Lemon zest rounds up the troops with cleansing acidity. Length and moreishness all rolled into a neat package. Find the baked cheesecake or cheeseboard.
