Ten Minutes By Tractor McCutcheon Pinot Noir 2016

A gorgeous Pinot. So elegant with some depth for good measure. Balance and poise for the win.

This vineyard is now 26 years old and sits 200m above. This is the latest TMBT site to ripen - 19 days after the warmer Coolart Road site in Tuerong.

Like 2015, there's a faint whiff of cola here too. Blackberry, dark plum and cherry fruit mesh beautifully with undergrowth, twigs and fine spices. Super fine tannins coat the palate leaving you with a mouthfeel of absolute contentment.

Drink 2019 to ten years.
