Lou Miranda Leone Rosato 2018

A glass of this and a meat board is the go. Rosato from the Barossa Valley.

A blend of three varieties but the only variety made clear is Shiraz.

Savoury and bone dry sum this up best. It draws moisture from the mouth. Red fruits and berries are met by white chocolate like creaminess before lemony acidity and then that sapping dryness rolls in. Peppery spice hits and sticks sitting long. It goes well.

Drink now.
