Soumah Single Vineyard Savarro 2018
Citrus flower, white flowers and limes energise the senses. Partial barrel fermentation and aged on lees, the textural feels from this technique is clear. Old school lemonade leads to a chalky texture and a fine spiced finish which lingers enough to encourage another sip. Seafood and a glass or two of this would make a good afternoon in the sun.
