James Haselgrove Futures Shiraz 2018

A big and rich Shiraz just like the Haselgrove crew like 'em.

Up front is where the action is before the fruit dissolves quicker than expected. It thins out with texture remaining on the front and mid-palate. Black berries and plums mingle with a good dose of French and American oak. Of the two more expensive wines in the stable, I'd lean to the Clarence Hill Reserve Shiraz given the choice.
