Stunning Hunter. Many of the locals suggest 2018 was one of the best on record and this Shiraz exemplifies that. A beauty!
This beats Hunter Valley echoing the region's ability to produce excellent medium bodied Shiraz. A stunning wine, it dances through the mouth with absolute ease. So beautifully positioned, there is much to adore about its delicacy.
Soft red fruits, succulent spices, super fine rubs of earth. Oak is integrated seamlessly as the fruit strides with pride. Another couple of years in bottle will see this mesh together further more and that in itself is a scary prospect considering how well placed it is at the moment. Delicate pillows of tannins seemingly float through the mouth lingering long into the night. Wow!
