I'm tasting this on a day where it is 33 degrees outside before 10am. I reckon if I opened the door I could sink a few large glasses in no time. A wonderfully refreshing wine built for thirst quenching.
It's a versatile wine too - have on its own, with fresh or cooked seafood or a range of chicken and pasta dishes.
Racy acidity is what gets me in the mood. A dancy wine, it moves on the balls of its feet with absolute ease. Add lemon juice, honey tones, a tiny hint of nuttiness before a salivating lemony tang clings to a dry and moreish finish. I'm heading poolside!
Drink now to three years.
