Lifted blackberry fruit, fragrant red flowers and violets, dried thyme, bay leaf and grilled peppers. These aromas weave there way through the mouth with ease delivering a supple and delicious medium-bodied wine which shows a restrained energetic persona. Dark chocolate and a dusting of fine spices envelope the mouth lingering moreishly long. I could have a bucket of this.
