McLaren Vale Rosé with the longest name in the history of all Rosés.
A blend of Sangiovese, Cinsault and Shiraz. You get the sense this is red cordial for adults based on the appearance. A pretty simple drink - it sits comfortably in the "crowd-pleaser" bracket. A grippy mouthfeel calls for food to sit beside it. I could smash a bag of chips no worries, given the chance, and that would do me. Perhaps others are more sophisticated and will call for chorizo or prosciutto de parma pizza. Tart red apple and red apple skin, some dried cranberry plus pomegranate make up the fruit profile. The grippy feel is overdone I feel and may draw attention away if had on its own.
