From the dry grown Blue Lake vineyard which is the second oldest in the Great Southern region, planted in 1971.
A wonderfully focused wine. There's a precision pulsating through its veins. Gorgeous scents of bath salts, white flowers plus lemons and limes. Lime juice and lime pith carve up in the mouth with a gentle slatey minerally vibe. Chalky feels linger with cut acidity running a definitive path cleansing the mouth. A cracker!
Drink now but will age gracefully.
