Here's a bit of a sleeper which took some coaxing to awaken from its brief snooze in the bottle. It smells of passata, olive tapenade and dried herbs. It wanders along at a leisurely pace with enticing blackberry and red berry fruit finishing smooth and long.
Drink now to eight years.
