Fine boned, this is all white nectarines, brioche and raw cashews with licks of vanilla. The scent of pineapple husk seduces early but I keep coming back to the elegance and deft touch on offer. A squeeze of lemons and a delicate touch of ginger trickle through before mouth watering acidity pulls at the heart strings for another sip. Oh, this is divine.
