Pet Nat is the cool play thing at present. Check this 100% Chardonnay effort from Dirt Candy. It's super refreshing.
Green apple and cut pear do the dancing. Some delicious textural weight and feels with an ever so fine suggestion of spice. Some sour dough and yeastiness adds interest too. Mind you, all the action is primarily focused on the mid palate. Bright acidity cleanses the mouth and a dab of lemony tang sits on a long and refreshing finish. Something different and well made. I'll raise my hand for another.
