Lovers of savoury driven Rosés ought to make a bee line to this - what a treasure!
Dried cherries, strawberries and red currants lead the charge early but get in deep with fine spices, rubs of earth and a long and devilishly moreish textural appeal. Those savoury characters are the hero though. Some dried herbs add another level of interest. Oh, I just want more. Bravo to winemaker James Scarcebrook.
