Big love for this. A fabulous expression of McLaren Vale Shiraz.
It's a wine that just wants to get in deep. That deep and meaningful conversation is drawn out. Splendid gear. Cloves, barbecue spices and sweet vanilla scents early. The mouth is littered with blackberries and black olives. Lots of earthy puffs diffuse with milk chocolate feels running a neat course through the mouth. Cocoa like tannins sit on a long and persistent finish. Long, savoury and lip-smacking. Give it a decant you'll be rewarded.
