An excellent expression of Vermentino. As soon as it was released it was sold out at the winery - that is saying something. Check good independent stores as there would be spicks and specks out there in retail land - but not for long.
Texture for days. There is an apple cider thing going on early. Dried grass, dried pineapple, green tea, dried sage, ginger and some citrus peel. Loaded with interest, as we've come to expect from these Second Take wines, there is a flash of cream too. Long and incredibly curious, it's a wine to sip slow and ponder. A great drink for those seeking a funky adventure.
