Sade factor here. Smooth operator and all. Cabernet keeps making all the right noises in the Yarra yet Chardonnay and Pinot Noir keep taking the microphone. Check this - it's a beauty.
Blackberries and cassis pulsate through the heart of this wine. Some vibrant dark plums tuck in behind. It's framed by dark chocolate and dried herbs headed by thyme, mint, bay leaf and a touch of oregano. Oak is well balanced and the fruit slides through with ease. Over a couple of days of tasting, it softened furthermore demanding some time to age that will only bring further reward. Big love for this right here. Pour me another, make it a large.
