A Shiraz that needs food. Feed it protein. Preferably barbecued - but that's just me...
Dark plums and berries ride hands and heels. Earthiness and puffs of smoke chime in with time in the glass framed by licorice and dried sage. Firm through the mid-palate, there is some grip and tension. Spices glide their way through the mouth holding good form to a long and moreish finish. A wine that excels with time in the glass. I recommend decanting if drinking now.
