Brash Higgins Chenin Blanc 2020

A considered wine, much like its maker. If you are after a wine that provokes thought as you sip slow, this may tick all your boxes. Its eye-catching label is a great start.

Yellow flower aromas fold into quince and poached pears. Honeyed tones seep through its veins. Wild fermented and seeing twelve months in oak, a skinsy texture is evident from time on skins. Some waxy feels, there is a straw-like appearance that glistens in the glass. Apples run a delicate ribbon and are laced throughout before a finish that is long and considered. Beautiful!

Drink to three years.
