Varney Wines Entrada Rosé 2021

Clever. Very clever. I could neck the lot. A Grenache Rosé smashing it out of the park and down the street.

Coming from 70+ year old Blewitt Springs vines, 20% saw wild fermentation in seasoned oak to build texture. The brief was achieved by delivering a wonderfully weighted wine. Dive into pomegranate, red cherries, strawberries and red currants. The white bit of the watermelon makes an appearance plus some red apple crunch and a moreish lemony tang - Rosé lovers have every reason to rejoice. Scream louder, too, coz it's only 25 bucks!
