A good barbecue wine that ticks the boxes.
From the Adelaide region, some sweet oak is noticeable from the start. Bold dark berries are the main players. There is some heft mind you and it's not backward in coming forward. Spicy, weighty oak comes into the frame once more before firm acid rounds things off with earthiness and hints of char. A sausage sizzle in the park will do it just fine.
