Dry indeed, it's quite mouth-sapping. Taste the white bit of the strawberry, dried red currants and rhubarb, a lemony tang swoops in late. Onion skin in appearance and made with Shiraz, dried herbs with a little earthiness build momentum with a suggestion of white chocolate creaminess. Some red apple crunch late too, this goes well.
