Crisp red apple acidity with a long feathering of spice sums up this Grampians Rosé best.
A blend of Sangiovese and Shiraz (75/25), blood orange and tangerine feature large along with red currants and the white bit of the watermelon. A wine with a good shade of colour, it's dry with a savoury dried herb finish rolling over those red apples. An easy-going drink which you'd see on function centre wine lists, this is nicely done.
