The colour has barely changed after six years in the bottle. Lemon balm and lemon butter chase the limelight with some lanolin taking a back seat. Some tension is evident from the acid showing it still has some shape. A little oily - I like that aged character that comes out with aged Semillon. If anything, it thins out on the back palate. Finishing with a little powdery texture, this goes well for those who enjoy considered whites with some complexity and age.
Drink to five years.
