Led by gorgeous floral aromas, this minerally driven Grampians Riesling hones in on the refreshment zone that only a chilled Riesling can deliver.
Jasmine flowers and white field flowers combine with green apple and a little cheeky pear to entice you as you swirl the glass. The shape of the wine is superb - terrific acidity and length nail the brief. Chalky feels, juicy lemons, apple sours and a bath powder mouth perfume keep you captivated. The freshness is a highlight for now but this will age well if that is your thing. Give me a couple of glasses poolside now though. Bliss.
