A very tidy wine. You could get comfortable with this quite easily.
Plummy and blackberry fruit get things on the move. There's a seductive depth here without having that knock out clout to turn you away. Twiggy and earth tones roll through effortlessly before a wash of peppery spice lingers long to a moreish and satisfying finish.
Classy stuff. I could be persuaded into giving 93.
Drink now to eight years.
