White wines from Coonawarra can at times seem to be dismissed. Do so at your peril - there are many great examples of various varieties out there. Here's another.
I've seen this in retail land for around $20 - top buying. It's a delicious drink.
A quick look from my afternoon the Coonawarra Roadshow:
Aromas of margarine with a whisper of lemon peel. Marigold flower too. Stonefruits are prominent through the mouth. Creamy oak is caressed by a squeeze of lemon juice. Yes please.
Drink now to five years.
