Schild Estate Sparkling Shiraz 2016

One of the great gifts of the Australian wine industry to the world - Sparkling Shiraz. You could put a hole in this with ease.

Sugar can cover up so many things but you can sit comfortably knowing this is not a sugar bomb. Delicious and moreish, a most enjoyable wine which is so versatile - aperitif, with food or alongside dessert.

Bitter chocolate straight up. Dark cherry, blackberry, raspberry and chocolate tart caress the mouth coating it well. Dense plums sit mid-palate too. A lick of sweetness and soft spice at the death. Yum.

Drink now to five years.
