There's no secret code to LDR - it just stands for Lovedale Road, the site where the fruit comes from and under the watchful eye of Joss de Iuliis - winemaker Mike de Iuliis' father.
Its sibling, the LDR Shiraz Touriga 2017 is an absolute cracker but this won't be outdone.
Black fruit, mulberries, rubs of red earth and a dusting of pepper flow through this wine at ease. A gorgeous purple hue greets the eye, and a few swirls of the glass hook you in.
Plum conserve sits back and awaits its moment in the sun, and when it gets its chance, it shines. The longer it sits in the glass some char notes can be seen too.
Brimming with pleasure, go here and behold.
