Such a pretty wine - a cracking drop. Rush to this!
Gorgeous aromas of red flowers, dried flowers, violets, fresh cherries, blueberries and plums. Quite a generous introduction you could say.
An 80/20 blend, age will not weary it. Over a couple of days it was brimming and refused to fatigue.
Great width to the fruit but the depth and density is evident too. Moreish, red earthiness pulses through flanked by dried herbs and savoury charm from the Touriga. Black fruit and plums tick away effortlessly before a puckering dryness adds further appeal and urges another sip to be had. And I don't mind if I do. Superb.
