Tyrrell's Blacksmith's Hut Heathcote Shiraz 2015

A big guy weighing in for the heavyweight bout. Coming in at 15%, credit to Tyrrell's for putting that number on as many avoid the magic number 15 and use the 1.5% variance carefully.

It smells sweet. Boiled lolly sweet. Black fruit folds over milk chocolate. It's earthy, drying and raspy to finish. Give it a bit of air and it bounds along even better.

Drink to 2026.
