If you haven't heard of Tim Smith wines, find them. If you are in the Barossa, ring him and make an appointment - you won't be disappointed. This Riesling is an absolute beauty.

Smith doesn't muck around. He's not about all the fancy bells and whistles, he just makes great booze. I could bathe in this Riesling - such a delicious wine.

Whiffs of Jasmine flowers and bath salts, through the mouth its fresh with talc feels. Crisp green apple plays a supporting role alongside zippy citrus fruit. A minerally thread runs its course through the mouth highlighted by river stones. Charge at this.
